The loyalty card: customers to deceivable or business to smart?


The most effective way to maintain your customers is to offer an attractive loyalty card trough which consumers can receive bargains, gifts and discounts. Most customers see this card as an advantage to save money without giving any services in return but in fact, they give up a lot of their privacy by giving personal information. Shops use the loyalty card to observe their customers’ shopping habits. shops can always check where, when and what products they bought and use it for further analysis’s. The loyalty card is nowadays an indispensable item to strengthen your customer relations and to grasp the purchasing habits of the client.
