This year's Brand Keys' winner is.. Pepsi Cola!


The Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index is an annual event that gives awards to those brands best able to engage consumers and create loyal customers. The winner of 2009 in the category of soft drinks was Pepsi Cola. Pepsi Cola has won because it knows as no other product how to satisfy their customers by offering a wide range of different products and doing all kind of promotions like their ‘eco challenge’ and huge ‘refresh everything’ campaigns. Another strategy of Pepsi is giving entertainment in sports and sponsoring major events like concerts and charity functions. There is always something going when Pepsi is around or like their slogan says: Pepsi loves to give “something for everyone”.
